Jackson has been very busy these days......making music with Daddy...
...working on his memoirs: "Hmmm...what story should I tell next?"
"Ah, inspiration has struck!"
...vacuuming for Mommy...
...spending time with important people, like Pop...

...and trying to fit into any toy he can, even when he really can't.
Jack is also taking his potential career as a phone operator very seriously.
It's a wonder he has time for eating!

Here he is - the future addition to our family! The ultrasound went very well. We saw all of his fingers & toes, his spine, his beating heart, his brain...and well, the proof that it's a boy.

We are thrilled Jackson will have a little brother and so glad to know he's looking healthy.

Now we just have to come up with a name as great as Jackson!

You can go here to see the first ultrasound photo of Jackson. There's no text on there, but it's also a profile view (Jack was facing the other way).

This pirate loves candy! Jackson had a great Halloween this year, making the rounds in our neighborhood. He especially enjoyed KitKats. Here he's eating licorice - the only time he paused long enough for a photo.
The other day Jackson decided his tractor was a ride-on toy. He got very frustrated when it wouldn't go forward with his weight on it.
Mommy found Jack a very realistic Bosch drill at Target last week. Now Jack can help Daddy fix the doors!
This weekend when Grandma and Grampy visited, Jack got creative with some finger paints. He wasn't quite sure about this messy stuff on his fingers, but he had fun squishing it around the paper.
This weekend we found Jack a table and a couple of chairs at the thrift store. He likes to climb up on the chair, get all situated, and then immediately climb down. Over and over again.
