New things! In addition to becoming an excellent walker and waving bye-bye (even to people on the phone), Jackson has decided he likes using spoons. He doesn't necessarily bring the spoon to his mouth, but instead uses his other hand to pick off what's on the spoon and put it into his mouth. It's a little messy.
Jackson tried crayons for the first time last week. He's always very interested in what Mommy's doing in her art room, so he tried his hand at some beautiful scribbles of his own.
One of Jackson's most favorite things is a faucet of any kind. Running water fascinates him. This outdoor faucet is especially fun because of the mud puddle that forms beneath it. You can see his muddy handiwork on the siding. Beautiful!
Now that Jack's a pro at walking, climbing is apparently the next skill to conquer. He's constantly trying to get a leg up over the edge of the tub, onto the easychair, etc. Well, the other day Mommy brought the perfect-sized item into the house - a package of toilet paper. He immediately went to it and climbed atop it. Fun!
Sharing a waffle with Daddy.
What's better in life than Grandma plus two binkies?? Pure bliss.
